Went to bed a little after midnight, so very early Thursday, my right knee decided to give me grief without warning. Worked on the muscles, tendons, etc. a bit and went to sleep.

More web stuff (officers), correspondence, laundry, etc. Painted exterior door frame on studio. Boxed auction stuff to take to work. Worked 3pm - 7:45pm, with a 5 minute break for work on my knee by one of the docs because it was giving me grief again. And yes, I did ice it, both at work and when I got home. ellid came by work and picked up the box, and will take it to EKU. Too tired when I got home, so just visualized stuff to do on scroll.

Had an idea for a gift for this weekend, and have started work on gathering the bits. Tagged a bunch of LJ stuff this a.m., then got to work on the scroll. Visualization seems to be working pretty well, got quite a bit done. Need some new brushes, though. Maybe next week.

Folks on LJ certainly are busy! Not too much excitement here...

Did inventory on cards to see what I need more copies of... Yesterday I had a client in the a.m. Met with Deth in the afternoon to discuss Bergental's web site -- structure, access, and changes we want to make to it.

Had my Sunday night tak with my mom on Monday night (was still too tired Sunday from the equestrian event :P ) Talked about her book, research, stuff on the internet, using cleaners that are better for the environment, de-cluttering, and of course, politics.

Did some more spinning, but winding down on that project for now. Need to paint this week!

Today I have a trip to Home Depot to get more insulation, and then off to work.
