helwenWent to bed a little after midnight, so very early Thursday, my right knee decided to give me grief without warning. Worked on the muscles, tendons, etc. a bit and went to sleep.
More web stuff (officers), correspondence, laundry, etc. Painted exterior door frame on studio. Boxed auction stuff to take to work. Worked 3pm - 7:45pm, with a 5 minute break for work on my knee by one of the docs because it was giving me grief again. And yes, I did ice it, both at work and when I got home.ellid came by work and picked up the box, and will take it to EKU. Too tired when I got home, so just visualized stuff to do on scroll.
Had an idea for a gift for this weekend, and have started work on gathering the bits. Tagged a bunch of LJ stuff this a.m., then got to work on the scroll. Visualization seems to be working pretty well, got quite a bit done. Need some new brushes, though. Maybe next week.
