Oct. 14th, 2008 03:07 pmPSA: Our local hardware store has them, for anyone looking for these. And apparently they can't be shipped by air, only by truck.
Have to run; cleaning, dealing with AFF aftermath, and getting started on making clothing in time for the tea on Nov. 1. First item up is a riding skirt -- with the usual mod to the pattern for being a short person. Assuming I survive making that, a jacket is next... although I might be working on vests at the same time because I've never successfully made a jacket -- tried once and failed to understand the collar. But I think I have more experience now (hopes)...
