My botany teacher used to call me Helen even though that isn't my name... apparently there was a mental block on calling a person by a flower name :D Hm... Carolyn, or Kara
2. An address you wish you had:
When I was young I wanted Hearst Castle. Hey, a room devoted to one's library, with a coffered ceiling? Indoor swimming pool? And enough space in the main and guest buildings to have a whole village of your friends and family living there? The reflecting pools are awesome too, although I really wanted to go wading in them... Now... double-sugarhouse, Barnes Road, Ashfield, MA or Tintern Abbey, Wales (the latter being beautiful in and of itself, but also not impossibly far from Glastonbury and other interesting places).
3. What you REALLY wanted for breakfast this morning:
Yogurt w/flax & cinnamon, or oatmeal w/cinnamon & soymilk, made by my sweetie are usually just the thing. Clean, healthy, yummy, doesn't slow me down.
Occasionally, the brunch at The Depot or Yankee Pedlar are awesome. Also rarely, french toast or blueberry pancakes w/butter and real maple syrup, and a bit of bacon on the side, with tea and grapefruit juice. Sometimes I make scrambled eggs w/cheese, sometimes with Canadian ham on the side.
4. Tapioca Pudding: tasty treat or hideous slop?
Tapioca, mmmmmmmmmmm...
5. Diet Coke or Coke Zero or some other fizzy brown water?
You mean the few times a year that I have one? Barq's or IBC Root Beer.
6. Which would make a better Pope: Batman or Dr. Who? Why?
?? Either would be interesting, not sure who'd be better.
7: If you could be any character from any Star Trek show, who would you be?

8: Debussy or Ravel?
Vivaldi or Handel

Neither.

Neither. Monet, Seurat, Michelangelo, Limbourg brothers...

Yes! But most especially ones from a home garden. Commercial aren't nearly as nice.
13. What Canadian Province are you most like and why?
oakmouse talked about British Columbia, which sounds lovely. I've been to Montreal, Quebec, and Nova Scotia via New Brunswick, although I can hardly say I've really seen them. Trees, mountains, and ocean are what I'd like.
14. If you could avoid any further exposure to a current celebrity, who would you chose?
All of them. Give me someone like Angela Lansbury anytime...

I had one a few years ago.... I usually crunch it a little, so that I can taste both the candy and the middle at the same time.

Hm... raspberry is excellent.... butter's good too, if I'm in the mood for it. Honey flax bread, or maybe pumpernickel.
