Novice Schola and Quote

fitzw and I get to figure out how to keep a couple of the classes going -- one of our mainstay teachers fell and injured his shoulder and won't be driving anyway for a while. There are other possible things happening with teachers, but I some coverage for that, in case we need it. Tonight we do a bit of the site setup, I finish choosing prizes for the A&S comp, then tomorrow is the event. Sunday a.m. we're off to beard5's to pick up a table, then possibly we'll make it to the regional fighter practice, if we get home in time for the first couple of hours. Concentus practice at 3pm. Whew!
[EDIT: two other great teachers are now confirmed as not being able to come. My best wishes for a speedy recovery from ill health for one of them. One of the classes we'll simply be cancelling, I think. The others I have a couple of good teachers for, one to teach the class that would have been taught, and one a completely different class. Alas, I'll have to learn more 14th c. songs at another time. Ah well. I suppose it gives me the opportunity to check in on the other teachers, esp. the newer ones...]
