Take a Nap

One of studies that just concluded was a 6-year study in Greece, where it seems that napping for at least 3 times/week for at least 30 minutes can greatly improve one's chances of not having a coronary later in life. This study result applies more to men at this time because there weren't enough women in the study to draw decisive conclusions. However if one has a stressful job, I'd guess that it doesn't matter if you're male or female. Napping can also help improve memory, coordination, and more -- good article, only 2 pages, go read it!
Me, I plan on another nap later today... had one yesterday and it definitely made a difference, even though it wasn't until 5:30pm. Made for a productive and happy evening.
