A New Week
Sep. 15th, 2020 09:18 pmToday:
Lyle added more shingles to the shed's side roof, mowed some more, and of course, regular work day.
I did some measuring and moving of things in the library, removed a wall hanger for a lantern and spackled the screw holes. Not sure where the hanger's going to go yet -- have to do a bit of caulking and painting tomorrow before more moving of things happens. Oh, and did a load of laundry.
Zach and Val are here - currently in quarantine, waiting for test results.
We shucked and cooked up all of our corn, aside from sharing some with Z and V. Ate some, freezing most.
I guess that's a day :)

Rest of week:
Working on making it possible to move Z and V's trailer up to the concrete pad by the house, possibly a compost bin, getting some more furniture to fit into the library, bag up the dried mullein and do one last harvest of that for smoke cleansing bundles, more cooking...
I have a fair number of tomatoes from our little garden, so I'll dice and cook those up to throw into chili.
Need to blanch and freeze pole beans too.
I'm growing sweet Italian peppers but I'm going to have quite a few... I guess I'll blanch and freeze some of those as well... I should use one in stir fry this week though.
I'm debating finally setting up a web site. Probably Wix. And need to get myself to shrink some of my art so I can upload to Dropbox.
