Ninja:

Haven't really found much on the kabuki theatrical ninja. Going to look into getting/making fan and clawed gloves.

:D Yeah, I was thinking that even though it's a "lion"/shishi wig (modestly proportioned), that Batgirl is evoking a sort of spirit creature, so a little wildness might be appropriate.

Been looking more at men's clothing styles. Pretty sure I can find my Folkwear pattern -- looking to make a kataginu maybe. If I can successfully dye my old brocade coat to black, I'm going to see if maybe I can modify it to be more like a dabafuku (?) -- open coat. Mon would be embroidered - nothing fancy, but the fabric surface of the overcoat is not paint-friendly.

And then have to make the leg wraps, like a warrior...still undecided on the forearms...and then of course, accessories!

Nope, that won't work...

Just realized that can't have a kataginu and a dobuku at the same time...
