Health Update
Mar. 20th, 2012 11:47 amI've scaled back soaking in the tub to every other day because of an increasingly busy schedule (let's add gardening in now!)... unfortunately that seems to be barely adequate. After comments from instructors both last night and here and there over the past weeks on my stances, I finally figured out that my back is tight enough that it's hindering my ability to keep my hips level while doing forms. So.... somehow I need to add more soaking and stretching time back in. And a massage would be nice. Yeah....
On the plus side, while my asthma continues to kick my butt as it has all winter, I haven't actually been laid out flat for any great length of time by colds or flu this winter or spring. Yay!
And I have a plan I'm starting to implement, which is upping my vitamin C, to see if that helps with the asthma.
