This week

Fell behind on my schedule this week. Combination of getting lots of calls, including one last night from my stressed out mom (various and sundry problems she needed to vent about), changing work schedule, changing appt. schedule, and probably more time doing research than I should have been doing. Holiday cards still aren't done, and may not get done until after 12th Night, at this rate. Still, made good progress last night, and today I only have to work on the scroll, mail a couple of books out, and plant some lemon seeds. I had some other things planned for if I had some spare time, but those will all have to wait for another time. No big. Today, if I make good time on my projects, I'll probably spend the extra time helping out with whatever fitzw needs to do. Although if I can put in a little extra time painting on some other things, I'd like to do that as well.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that my seed order came in this week. Happy Dance!

Er, considering the prep for my first time of setting up shop this weekend, I haven't really had the time to even throw together bookmarks for part of the EK Stationers Guild presentation.

Am I still invited up there with everyone when we do the presentation to TRM?

Yes, of course you can come up with us :) Life has certainly been busy, hasn't it? Our next presentation will be at Spring Coronation to the next set of royalty, if you want to try to fit something into your project list. This presentation will probably be a little light, but that's okay. Last time we had one print and a bunch of books. This time I think we'll have only prints, unless Heather Rose MacGordon shows up with some more books. The only bookmaking happening here this week is making a commissioned book.

Oh and this year, fitzw is teaching the limp binding with reinforced spine. First class will be at Novice Schola, but we plan on holding other workshops at the house.
