Home treatment continues, in fact I'm stepping it up and trying to soak/massage/strip/stretch/ice the IT bands daily, which is the ideal. After a few weeks I think I'm actually making some small progress. Of course, it took decades to build up the adhesions, etc., so progress is likely to be in baby steps (adhesions, in this case, refer to scar tissue in the muscles, etc.). So, why am I feeling low energy and blah? Could be the time of year, in which case I should get outside more, but could also be a side effect of work I'm doing, which is no doubt releasing all sorts of fun stuff :P

Staying home tonight; lack of focus precludes waving swords and spears around...

In other news, I really really want split pea soup. I've been cutting way back on fast carbs of all sorts (easier to track if the only fast kind I have is sugar in an occasional treat), but quite frankly I'm bored. So next time we're in the neighborhood of a market, we'll be picking up some ham!
