L and I have caught the latest cold, yay. This one comes, at least for me, with a boatload of full-body achiness. A long soak in the tub helped a little.
Corset is mostly done, except that the grommets are stupid and many won't stay in. I have a vague recollection of having the problem years ago. The remainder of the supplies will be relegated to leatherworking. I'll just hand finish all the holes on the ones that pulled out.
Next is the jacket, skirt, and overskirt. Hm. And petticoats... I almost never make a mockup, but I think this time I'm going to at least do one for the jacket, just because fitted clothing is foreign territory for me.
I'm trying to decide if I'm clever enough to make the jacket reversible... OTOH, that might make it too warm :P
