Just 10 minutes today since the shot was just yesterday. Looks like I'll be able to perform as long as I'm good the rest of the week. Not going to class tonight or Fri, as riding in the car's isn't fun right now either.
Doing some lying on my back on the floor, to get the hips to slowly adjust to level (they aren't right now), among other non-exercise-type activities. And napped a couple of times too (not on the floor).
Should be able to finish winding the warp for the floor loom today. That goes pretty quickly, so I'm not standing for too long.
