I was quite surprised at high fatality rate of heart attack. I had thought it was better than that.

I have an acquaintance in Eisental who had a series of heart episodes (I don't know if they were all strokes, all heart attacks, or a mixture) where the incidents just kept happening minutes apart and they couldn't get them stopped. They eventually put her in a medical coma and chilled her down until they could get her stabilized. She walks, talks and can mostly see now, which is something of a medical miracle.
