Birka, yoga, stuff

Got notification that we're merchanting at Birka. However because they wanted to try to fit more merchants in, they dropped on of our tables. We really needed 3 tables, so this should make things interesting... I'm holding off paying until Jan. 1, in hopes that a third space frees up, but it isn't too likely. The reason for holding off on paying is that one of the spaces we have to use a short table so that I can use my spinner card rack, so if we only get two spaces, I'm only going to pay for one table, not two. *sigh* I understand them wanting to have lots of merchants for variety and all, but I hate to think what some of the merchants are going to have to do to fit all their stuff into less space. Maybe I can work out a vertical design... I had something in mind for last year but we didn't get around to it - too many other things to do. This year it looks like we won't have a choice, if we want to put everything out.

Did some yoga this morning. Yay! Still have some crunches and leg/foot exercises to do sometime today, and a bit of walking.

Interesting conversations in the Sundered Lands. It was nice to hang out with folks there. Did a little spinning there. More spinning today! I'll be bringing my wheel back into the house until spring. It takes too long to warm up the studio in order for the wheel to spin properly. Also will be looking at Egyptian artwork today/this week, and possibly get started on some sketches for a new cat painting. And of course, the court doc assignment for EK 12th Night will need working on this week :)
