None of which would have been necessary if US foreign policy had kept its sticky little fingers and the CIA out of the domestic affairs of sovereign nations who just happened to be sitting on top of a metric asstonne of oil reserves.

Since WWII US foreign policy has supported dictaors and tyrants, fomented revolution against popular (and not so popular but legitimate) leaders all over the world. And people wonder why the more radical elements of these countries don't like us very much.

Well, yes. But the point is, we shouldn't have been in those places anyway.

And more what I'm interested in is that the U.S.A. was NOT FOUNDED ON CHRISTIANITY. I'm really tired of people saying it was, when it wasn't.

Also, I don't think the Gulf War had religious pretexts?
