Feb. 23rd, 2009 11:26 pmWe finally made it to another class. Took it pretty easy, stood out for some things -- breathing is _not_ optional. Even if I do joke about that sometimes, having asthma and all.
Met another one of the teachers, so that was good too.
Forgot my ankle supports, oops. Mustn't do that again. Wasn't really a problem, but I'm supposed to wear them -- my foot chiro would have been annoyed.
Decent stretching tonight though; I'll do some of those exercises tomorrow too. The shoulder isn't the only joint on the right side that was funky, so the additional stretches might help restore some flexibility. I plan on holding on to whatever I can for as long as possible, thanks. No, I don't ever expect to do the splits. Nor do I really want to... just want to be able to do what I want to do, that's all. I plan on still being able to go for a hike 10, 20 years from now, for instance. This should help with that ;)
