Two Recipes and a New Icon
Sep. 26th, 2008 01:27 pmLinks are compliments of
faerydragonet, who posted them to
steamfashion:
Trilobite Cookies (I like the descriptive text that goes with the recipe)
Ammonites in a Blanket (takes advantage of the tendency of hot dogs to split at the ends -- good recipe for people for Halloween, Call of Cthulu and that sort of thing)
Enjoy!
Note: The new icon is a paper and aluminum Stirling Engine kit, that is working off the heat from a cup of tea. Would work with very hot or very cold contents in the cup -- it's the difference in temp between the room and the contents that's the key thing. More on the engine here: Coffee or Tea?

Date: 2008-09-26 06:28 pm (UTC)I'm thinking about both of the recipes for a tea party we're having in Shelburne on Nov. 1 (mass_steam). Of course I'll also be making some shortbread for sure. It's our first tea, so likely to be small, but it's at one of the members' mother's Victorian B&B.
