Helping Web Sites
May. 23rd, 2008 05:30 pmHey folks, don't forget to go to The Breast Cancer Site and click the button! It's a free (for the button pusher) way to help provide mammograms for poor/uninsured women in the U.S.
Also, if you look at the site's menu at the top -- the 'folder tabs', you'll see that there are other web sites where you can click buttons for things like helping with hunger and saving the rain forest (those two are international I believe), and other worthy projects.
The tests and such are paid for by advertising sponsors at the web sites, but you are not obligated to buy any of their goods (although sometimes I click on their buttons, just so they know I found them through the fundraising site).
