Gene has written some great, very readable books over the years. We're the happy current owners of several of them now, and have been enjoying them quite a bit. He's a farmer in Ohio, but has had many roles in life, and known/knows some interesting people. This book explores art, farming, and the creativity that connects them. He wrote a little blurb (see above) on his inspiration for the book.
