Take the "How Do You Use Magic?" test! Written by Brimo
I did fiddle with the test, changing an answer and got Druid after this result, but L and I were too amused by the verbiage that came with Elf, so I kept this one. (Although I look more like the woman in the Druid pic)

Well, we can work on it. I'm limited in how much I can do right now, but when I can I put in a half hour of walking -- either moving stuff around the apartment, or kind of marching/dancing in place while watching tv at night with L. Lost a couple of pounds this past week, so I guess it counts for something -- even though we've been eating homemade chocolate chocolate-chunk cookies the past couple of days! Walking's good for the digestive system too... 40 minutes is better, since the first 20 is warm-up... do it 4 times/week.
The tv-walking/dancing isn't terribly fun, but it isn't safe outside right now. So that adds onto when I find a project to do around the house that involves moving stuff -- since I'm still essentially one-handed (no heavy lifting!), I have to make a lot of trips when I'm emptying a box...
Any re-arranging you need to do? Have a room that needs re-painting, but first you need to box/move everything in the room? The key is to pack a box and then move it, or stack an armful of stuff and then move it -- NOT stand mostly still packing first, and then moving stuff.
Or, feel like the place is over-crowded and you have too much stuff? Put a couple of boxes somewhere central, then go through a room picking stuff out that you want to store or giveaway, and walk them over to the boxes. Then back to the room until you're done with it.
I'm not crazy about housecleaning, but I like exercise that accomplishes something. I do it for about half an hour, a couple of times per day (well, we did just move in October...).
And yes, I'm still taking naps because of the recovery thing. But L takes them too, because his exercise level has gone up with helping around the farm and he isn't used to it yet.
Getting enough sleep helps with losing weight and feeling/being healthy. If you aren't getting the ideal 7-9 hours/night, then a nap helps.
Okay, stopping with the unasked for advice.... but I'm happy to cheer you on if you want to go for it!
