And I have no idea how all he thinks should be done would happen, either. But I do agree that there is a lot of waste and inefficiency in how a lot of governments (all levels) and companies conduct business. If plans could be implemented to cut down on the idiocy of things like sending a single paper back book in a large box, just to make sure I got it ASAP, before sending the other two books in a large box, could be stopped, I would be thrilled (and yes, I did ask for them to be shipped together. Grr).
