helwenHeard from our realtor, who heard from the sellers' realtor: Licensed contractor to do material list and design this weekend. Work will be complete by Tuesday.
Our guys have to call to set up appraisal for Tuesday or Wednesday. Hopefully that goes faster than full appraisal report, since it's just the one item.
