All the ones on this page are available for order, not just the top one. Some of them are avilable in more than one color, and also apparently you can order them as fabric, wrapping paper, and wallpaper.

When I was a kid my mom would get two-three sets of bed linens for me, and they would always be complementary, so that no matter which sheets or pillow cases I used, they would match. I expect she was teaching that one could have more variety with less and still have things look like something Martha Stewart would be happy with (long before Martha though), but apparently the real takeaway for me was that pillow cases don't have to match sheets.
Don't get me wrong; I do like matched sets on occasion. But I also love all different kinds of fabric designs. It isn't practical to get lots of linen sets (for both monetary and space limitations), so instead sometimes I indulge my yen for something fun on a small scale, and make pillows for the living room or pillow cases to add to the bed linens.
I do believe a small splurge for pillow cases may be in order...
[EDIT: I also sometimes make pillow cases for the living room pillows, so I can just change the look without buying more pillow forms]
