Misc

Staying home from kung fu classes another week; will practice at home at my own pace. L's hand is healing but needs another week off from anything as intense as kung fu.

Working on my own goals, which is a complex thing but involves getting more fit in all ways. Weird thing of the week -- incense while meditating doesn't seem to bother me, and possibly my breathing may even be improving slightly.
