UPDATE ON QUILT RAFFLE

I didn't read the Paypal agreement thoroughly enough -- raffle purchases are not allowed through Paypal. It's an inter-state thing (has to be legal for all parties involved).
Do not use Paypal to pay for quilt raffle tickets.
The Paypal button can only be used to make donations that would go directly to help Pagan and Odbald.
