Yesterday, planted not only the pinks but also a bunch of Japanese iris -- they needed a shadier place, so some other plants that like sun more got moved (Rudbeckia and Echinacea). Some of those got planted in the new bed, which is seriously like digging in concrete. L's going to take care of fixing that so I can plant more stuff there. Dug up a bunch of Gallardia (Centaurea family) to move too.
L's and Ma's errands took a while, so he and I didn't get to the Spring Hilltown Festival until almost 2:30. Missed Morris Dancing :(
The rest of the fair was quite interesting, and it seemed like we either knew people there or they knew people we know :D
Good info and networking happened. Also a cool silicon iron pad, silicon mitts, and wrought iron towel bars. The blacksmith is one who also does SCA. I don't remember his SCAdian name, but IRL, J.R. Labrose. I've asked him to give a try to making a coat hook with a leaping fish on it. His regular fish are nice, but I'd like a leaping one. I may ask him to do some other ones as well...

Today, not feeling super this morning, but hopefully I'll be up to doing a little puttering outside. At the least I need to move the bin of waiting plants to under a tree -- they like sunshine, but not being in the ground, I'd be happier if they had more shade than they're getting by the stone table.
_Might_ get to Webs tent sale today... the local vendors were there yesterday, but we couldn't be everywhere, and most if not all of them should be at the MA Sheep and Wool fair in a couple of weeks. Normally L and I would be at War of the Roses on Memorial Day weekend, but a good friend is graduating from college this year and her party to celebrate is on Saturday of that weekend -- we're choosing the once-only over a repeated event. So that being the case, we now can make it to the sheep show.
Also today is going to T&B's for Concentus practice/T's birthday :)
