House and Living and Cats

House Update
- new light fixtures are up in the upstairs bathroom and down in the front hallway. They both look great, even if they were a pain for fitzw to put up. He may or may not post details.

- Ceiling in upstairs bathroom scraped, mudded, sanded and primed

- Most trim that needs priming is primed, and 3 windows in living/dining room are complete.

- CT couple came yesterday with their realtor. They seemed to like the house, but no offer yet. They need to move by the end of the month. We can hope. Meanwhile, we are set to have an Open House this Sunday, 11am - 1pm.

An Alleged Letter to Proctor and Gamble....

There was a discussion earlier this summer on kass_rants's LJ about feminine products and the stupidness of putting messages and butterflies and such on the products.... here's a letter that was apparently sent to Proctor and Gamble - makers of Always pads...

Personally, I'm a pretty mellow person even during that "time"... except maybe this past Monday, when neither L nor I had had much sleep, and we had to organize all the folks who were helping with painting and moving and such... but it all got better :)
