House Showing?

etainmbw and Patricia came over).
Got a call around noon about showing the house this evening. Normally we're supposed to have 24 hour notice, but we agreed that we could get things more or less normalized. Finished up the minimum painting I wanted to get done today, then they helped clean for a bit, until it was time for them to go. L and I did more work, took an ice cream break, then back for more work. Then when we figured we couldn't get away with doing anything more, we stopped and diddled around this and that.
They didn't show up.
I called our realtor, who couldn't believe that happened. She's going to get in touch with the other realtor to find out what happened, and update us. Meantime, another realtor will be bringing a client by tomorrow afternoon around 4pm.
So, things are already starting to hop! Will make working on the house interesting, as we now have to both work on the house and keep it looking halfway presentable.
