Snow!

Okay, it's just a little bit, but I'm still happy to see it.

Getting work done on a couple of ceramic plates. Hope to finish them today. Contemplating what to put on the third plate -- looks like a gigantic pie plate. It's one of the early templates, before Odbald got into the wider rim. The two I'm currently working on are kinda flat, but that's okay as the Italians had both flat and deep dishes.

It is still snowing. There isn't a whole lot out there, but enough to stay on the street overnight.

Plate #2 is completed and ready for firing. Plate #1 was being difficult but is further along. It may or may not get done for Birka. Plate #3 is started.

Some sheep parts have been cut out. sorcieredeneige called to volunteer some help with them, so tomorrow I have to cut out more sheep parts and sew them together. Then she can stuff them and sew them up.

Oh, and did card inventory, and looks like I have only a dozen or so I need to make.

fitzw did more work making books tonight. I think there'll be enough for Birka, but baronessmartha will probably have to wait until after Birka for that refill. But she will get it very soon thereafter (maybe Sunday morning, if we have any left over and she's still there).

He also has mats to cut for some prints...

I may downplay the card display this year, not sure... No new art likely to happen this year. I have a regular customer who will be disappointed, but it's been an interesting year... Well, perhaps a miracle will occur and I'll sew more quickly than usual and then paint like a demon.
