Not sure how I ended up with that high a score... although I re-interpreted the writing to spouse and to spouse's parents as communicating (includes phone, email, talking). But Martha Stewart doesn't live here, for sure!

Totally baffled...I scored 96 and I cannot figure out how. Genuinely funny quiz though- especially with questions like having your seams straight and not letting your slip straps show. Does anyone actually wear slips anymore ??? And two words like marital and congress should never be used together !

Indeed! I'm kind of a slacker in some ways -- L almost always makes breakfast, I just get dressed for it :D

I suspect some of the budgetary and public face stuff make a big difference for both of us.

LOL! Yeah, I had to think twice to figure that one out.

Eh, I still have some slips in the drawer, but mostly I try to make sure my dresses come with a slip built in, or are of thick enough material it doesn't matter. I'm not surprised you got a high score though -- you have a great relationship with your husband and I think the budgetary stuff is more important than the clothing stuff.

You may be right. A lot of the questions just kind of hit me as things that you would do with someone who you really liked, no matter if you were married to them or not. We were friends for 3 years before it evolved into something else, and I think we tend to be more like friends still. A lot of the questions just don't apply to this day and age it seems , and you have to get creative deciding how to apply it I think.

Slips...I had a few years ago but now when I wear a dress it is a denim jumper, and nothing shines through those !

And marital Congress does sort of seem like something that belongs in the redundancy department of Redundancy

I don't have kids either, aside from Z who is 19. I don't dislike kids (one of the questions), and I do have experience resolving issues for kids, even though they aren't mine.

You would have all the budgetary and public face ones, I'm sure! As well as others of course :)

Ah, in which case, I shall aspire to maintain situations that don't inspire cussing, since I expect you only do that when the situation appropriately calls for it. Not that I have control over everything around me...

Btw, on the cheapskate cred, I think it's cheaper to use the A/C than it is to succumb to the heat and have to go to the hospital. I was thinking about that earlier today, before I heard about Nazrynn's friend having to go the hospital. Fortunately the friend is doing all right. Still, scarey. Health first!
