hengruh posted today on a triad for community, based on a post to a list we're on, by JMG, AODA's Grand Archdruid. I marked that post myself for future reference, as I thought it summed things up rather well too. Hengruh then reformulated the post into his own words, which are also well-written. For the curious as to some of the mindset/outlook for druids in the AODA, I recommend it.
