I'll take still being able to move as freely as possible when I'm 60+ over that any day.

Having lived with compromised mobility for several years and finally courtesy of some really neat surgery getting a reasonable amount of mobility back, I think this is the wisest choice.
The longer you can stay physically active, the better off you'll be. Even if all you do is walk the dog and keep the garden tidy*, daily fresh air and exercise are the best thing you can do for yourself.
SRSLY -- almost all the diseases of aging, including cancer of all types and heart disease , are less prevalent among the physically active.
